01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dd88 ("dd88", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the dd88 online betting and casino platform accessible at dd88.one and all associated services, mobile interfaces, and communications channels.

dd88 operates as an online sports betting and casino entertainment platform providing services to players located in Bangladesh. The platform offers cricket betting markets, live casino games, slot games, and related promotional services. All services are provided in English and all transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. dd88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of the dd88 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dd88 operates a strict 21+ policy and underage gambling is prohibited. dd88 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, automated bots, and non-human actors may not register accounts.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of dd88 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must not have previously had a dd88 account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

dd88 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to its reasonable satisfaction. Age and identity verification may be requested at registration or at any subsequent point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the dd88 platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number, and a working email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if any details change.

dd88 may require you to complete an identity verification process ("KYC" — Know Your Customer) before processing any withdrawal request or at any other point deemed appropriate by dd88. Acceptable verification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence, along with proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.

Your login credentials — username and password — are personal to you. You must not share them with any third party. dd88 will never request your password through any communication channel. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact dd88 support immediately at [email protected].

04 Deposits & Payments

All monetary transactions on dd88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are supported for deposits:

• bKash — mobile financial service; instant processing
• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office digital wallet; instant processing
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking; instant processing
• Upay — United Commercial Bank mobile wallet; instant processing
• Bank Transfer — City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank; processing within 1–3 business hours
• Visa / Mastercard — where supported by your issuing bank

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum single deposit amount may vary by payment method and account tier; applicable limits are displayed at the time of transaction. dd88 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be subject to reversal. dd88 reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence on any deposit that appears inconsistent with your normal transaction history.

dd88 does not accept cash deposits. Funds deposited to the platform may only be used for the purposes of placing bets and playing games on dd88. Deposited funds that have not been wagered may be withdrawn subject to the verification requirements described in Section 5.

05 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of available funds to any verified payment method registered to their dd88 account. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible.
• Processing times: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 15 to 60 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business hours.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during system maintenance windows may be queued and processed upon restoration of service.
• dd88 reserves the right to impose a processing delay of up to 72 hours on any withdrawal for the purposes of fraud prevention and compliance review.

Any active bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal until those requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

dd88 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply standard transaction charges. dd88 will notify you in advance if any platform-level fee applies to a specific withdrawal transaction.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

dd88 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, including but not limited to:

• Wagering Requirements: The number of times a bonus amount (and/or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on dd88 contribute equally (or at all) to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is specified in the relevant bonus terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus balance and associated winnings remaining at expiry will be forfeited without notice.
• Maximum Bet Restrictions: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet per round or per game round may apply. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may be voided.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

dd88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify the terms of any ongoing promotion, or disqualify any player from a promotion where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of a technical error, collusion, or any other form of irregular play. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements ("bonus hedging"), and using automated software to play through bonus wagering.

07 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on dd88 are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific and sport-specific rules supplement these general conditions where applicable.

• Bets are only valid once confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued by the dd88 platform.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which your bet is accepted. In-play odds fluctuate in real time; the odds at the moment of confirmation govern the payout calculation.
• dd88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a pricing error, technical fault, or data feed failure. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your account balance.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed on the relevant betting interface prior to bet placement.
• Matches or events that are suspended, abandoned, or otherwise not completed according to the governing body's official rules may be voided or settled according to dd88's applicable sport-specific rules.
• For cricket markets, the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures are governed by the ICC playing conditions. dd88 settlement rules are aligned with official match results as ratified by the relevant cricket board.

dd88 does not accept bets from players who have access to privileged or non-public information that may provide an unfair advantage, including but not limited to team selection information, injury information, or match-fixing communications. Any account found to be exploiting such information will be suspended and relevant regulatory bodies may be notified.

08 Casino Games

dd88 provides a range of casino games including live dealer tables, video slots, and table games sourced from certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Play'n GO. All games are governed by their respective game-provider rules in addition to these Terms.

All casino game outcomes on dd88 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. dd88 does not manipulate or interfere with game outcomes. Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical dealing or spinning processes broadcast via live video stream.

Each game displays its own Return to Player (RTP) percentage. RTP is a long-term statistical average and does not guarantee any individual session outcome. Players should understand that casino games are games of chance and there is no strategy, system, or technique that guarantees a positive outcome.

Game malfunctions — including disconnections, software errors, or power failures — will void any unsettled game round in progress. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault on dd88's side, the stake for that round will be returned to your account. 09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dd88 platform. Engaging in any of the activities below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration or verification.
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one dd88 account.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in any way not sanctioned by dd88.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or otherwise extracting data from the dd88 platform without express written consent.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at dd88 staff or other players.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools or self-exclusion measures.

10 Responsible Gaming

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dd88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to incorrect bet placement by the player.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment processors, internet service providers, or device failures.
• Delays in withdrawal processing attributable to bank or mobile wallet processing times beyond dd88's control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform that is subsequently found to contain errors.

dd88's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

dd88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, dd88 will take reasonable steps to notify registered players, which may include a notice on the platform homepage, an email to the address registered to your account, or an in-platform notification.

The effective date displayed at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the dd88 platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
